PACKAGE #1: FINDING YOUR GREEN CAREER PATH (Up to 1 Month)

 

This package is perfect if you are passionate about an environmental career but are not quite sure what green career paths are a match for your skills and interests.

 

  • Intake Session: 30 minute phone session (assess your career interests + coaching needs)

 

  • Online Assessment of your career skills

 

  • Online assessment of your workplace culture needs

 

  • Online career Interest Test + 15 page report with your ideal career options

 

  • Customized assistance on developing 1-3 recommendations of green career paths that match your career interests, skills, and workplace culture needs

 

  • Recommendations for 1-3 professionals in your field to conduct informational interviews with to learn more about that career path / breaking into that field

 

  • One 60-minute session to go over assessment results, discuss green career options, and provide tips on setting up and conducting informational interviews (to learn about skills needed and if that career and employer is a good fit for you)

 

  • Cost: $250 (all assessments done online)

 

PACKAGE #2: JUMPSTART YOUR GREEN JOB SEARCH (2 - 3 Months) 

 

This package is perfect if you have a general idea of your desired green career path and if you are just starting your job search (or need a jumpstart to be more successful).

 

  • Intake Session: 30 minute session (clarify your green career interests and outline a job search strategy via phone session)

 

  • Recommendations for 1-3 professionals in your field to conduct informational interviews with to learn how to be a stronger candidate for positions in your field

 

  • Expert resume and cover letter templates to make you stand out in your field

 

  • Complete LinkedIn profile makeover

 

  • A simple job search plan/ framework and tracking system

 

  • Customized help on finding green job posting sites that match your interest area(s)

 

  • Email coaching and support throughout the 2-3 months

 

  • Detailed review and email feedback on 2 job applications (resumes + cover letters) to increase your chances of getting selected for an interview

 

  • One 1-hour interview prep/ mock interview session to help you gain more confidence and success in a job interview

 

  • Cost: $500

PACKAGE #3: SALARY NEGOTIATION

(Up to 2 weeks)

 

Negotiating for a higher salary is an art form and can make a big difference in your lifetime earnings if done early on and throughout your career. This package is for those that are in or near the interview stage for their job search. 

 

  • Intake Session: 30 minute session (assess your salary goals, provide an overview of the negotiation process and preparation needed)

 

  • Proven framework and tips for a successful salary negotiation plus salary research resources

 

  • Email coaching and support

 

  • One hour practice salary negotiations session

 

  • Cost: $250 (or $200 as an add-on to any package or service)
