ABOUT LISA

​

Lisa has spent over 25 years as a green career expert and is passionate about helping others to find and secure rewarding careers in the environmental field.

​

She led the University of Michigan's School for Environment and Sustainability (U-M SEAS) graduate career services for 10 years where she assisted hundreds of students in finding and securing dream internships and jobs.  Lisa built the school’s career services from the ground up and has developed key connections with thousands of green employers across the country and globally and is a certified Global Career Development Facilitator.

Prior to working at U-M SEAS, she completed a Bachelor of Science degree from the University of Michigan’s School for Environment and Sustainability and then spent 12 years working for the National Wildlife Federation. Her work at NWF included binational water policy and wolf conservation efforts in the Great Lakes as well as state and federal conservation efforts. Lisa also helped develop students and women as environmental leaders and to grow the organizational capacities of several NWF state affiliates.

Outside of work, Lisa is an avid soccer player and nature nerd who loves camping and hiking. She is passionate about helping people find their dream jobs in the environmental field.
